Why 'FOCUS'?

"My product should be generating 10x the revenue that it is currently generating!"

These are words we hear regularly from tech founders. When we ask them what they are going to do to increase the revenue by at least 5x if not 10x, the answer, often after a deep sigh, is along the lines of "Where do I even start?"

We designed FOCUS to help tech businesses like this accelerate their revenue through a step-by-step program that uses proven techniques to structure and train your organisation to become a sales machine. 


Outsource versus In-house

If you want to see a massive increase in revenue you will have to make massive changes to how you are doing things now. Agreed?

You are not alone. We see this all the time, and believe that whilst you can make these changes yourself, it is better to get help from external parties for this purpose. Whilst you probably know your business better than anyone else, its always good to get a 3rd party's perspective.

As founders of the business you will always be biased towards your own product/service and may even be confused as to why your prospects don't see how amazing it is and just buy it.

Even if you managed to recruit some experts do you really believe that a new employee is going to have the courage to tell you that you need to change everything that you have been doing (in case you need to).

 People whose salaries you pay will rarely question your practices. As a 3rd party, we can do this without fear of putting our careers at risk. 

Time

Neither you nor your team have the time to dedicate weeks and quite possibly months to figure out what needs changing and make those changes - if you did, you would have done so by now. 

We follow a predefined structured process that helps us save time by not having to reinvent what needs to be done - we already have it checklisted and ready to go with minor changes to suit you.

Politics

Changes would be required not just in the sales department, but across the entire business. This can be hindered by company structures and politics with each department not wanting to change their processes based on what they see as a 'Sales Problem'. 

As external parties we can cut through all the red tape without making individuals feel insecure or threatened.

Recognising that all businesses will not need every element within the program, we audit your current processes using a scoring template to identify the quick wins and prioritise these to allow you to see the benefits of these changes in a shorter timeframe.
